2. The site and the product
This site describes Oditrix, an AI-assisted AVSEC audit and continuous monitoring platform. Content is informational. It is not an offer, not operational guidance for aviation security, and not a substitute for your organisation’s approved procedures.
3. Enquiries and demonstrations
Submitting a demonstration request does not create a contract. We may accept, decline or qualify a request. Any pilot, workshop or deployment starts only after a signed engagement document.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, scrape at scale, or submit unlawful or misleading information. Do not send classified, secret or operationally sensitive AVSEC material through the public form.
5. Intellectual property
Site design, text, marks and media belong to Turga Müşavirlik Mühendislik or its licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial use without permission. Oditrix and related marks are product identifiers of Turga.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that descriptions will match a future contracted configuration. AI features mentioned on the site propose language for human review; they do not close findings or approve audits.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this public website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights where they apply. Deployment contracts may specify a different governing law.
