2. What this notice covers
This notice applies to the public Oditrix website and demonstration-request forms. It does not describe customer-hosted Oditrix deployments. Those environments remain under the customer’s own policies, contracts and infrastructure controls.
3. Information we collect
When you request a demonstration or otherwise contact us we may process name, organisation, role, work email, phone number, country and the content of your message. Server and security logs may include IP address, browser type, language, referring URL and timestamps. We do not use the public site to collect aviation-security operational data.
4. Why we process it
We process this information to respond to enquiries, schedule workshops or pilots, protect the website, keep basic records of business correspondence, and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are typically legitimate interests in operating a B2B product site, steps prior to a contract, and legal compliance.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with infrastructure or email providers acting on our instructions, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law. Customer Oditrix installations are not populated from this marketing site.
6. Retention and security
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the sales and support cycle and applicable legal duties, then deleted or archived. We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures. No website can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
7. Your rights
