2. Categories of data
Identity and contact data you submit (name, organisation, title, email, phone, country, message) and limited technical logs (IP address, browser, language, time).
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Responding to product enquiries, planning a workshop or pilot, securing the website, and keeping commercial correspondence. Grounds include KVKK Art. 5 (legitimate interest, establishment of a right, legal obligation) and, for EEA/UK persons, GDPR Art. 6 (legitimate interests or steps prior to contract).
4. Transfers
Data may be processed on infrastructure in Turkey or in countries where our advisers and processors operate (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands). Transfers are limited to what the enquiry requires.
5. Rights under KVKK Art. 11

6. Customer systems
Personal data inside a customer-hosted Oditrix deployment is controlled by that customer, not by this website notice.
